And it's a good tired...from working out today and being outside.
I had day off and went to gym---elliptical machine, bike, treadmill, jacuzzi. I didn't work out a lonnnng time but I'm tired.
And may actually get 8 or more hours sleeep!
Need to do some work stuff. Will have to manana.
I'm excited to read fiction book I like.
I think more and more...I'm not going to fit 28 hours into 24 hour days...
and just go to sleep when tired.
Can I really do this? Hopefully...I think it will change a lot!
